To commemorate the summer atmosphere surrounding La Quinta, we have introduced fresh, new tapas to our appetizer menu. We want to help you keep your summer light with this new selection of tapas.

Summer Tapas

This summer, we are bringing fresh, marinated fish into the tapas menu. We have introduced two new tapas featuring delicious, light, and fresh fish. Below, we have outlined our top 4 dishes that our customers come to rely on in the major heat waves of the desert.

Sea Bass

We’re branching out at Stuft Pizza. Our chefs are so excited to introduce this dish into our menu of small plates. Our pan-seared Sea Bass dish is the perfect way to start a night out this summer. The juicy marinade of our bass atop a quaint pile stir-fry veggies and brown rice makes for a healthy dinner before a night of guilty pleasures. Dive into this dish head on with our famous Coconut Mai Tai by your side. Transport yourself to a shady abyss in the Mediterranean without leaving the restaurant.

Citrus Herb Atlantic Salmon

This dish is becoming one of our customer favorites at Stuft. Our Citrus Herb Atlantic Salmon small plate is packed with tangy and juicy flavor. On a small mound of brown rice, we lay a fresh salmon drizzled with our in-house Citrus Herb Glaze. We offer blackened salmon to give this dish a different set of flavors. Getting out of the heat and chowing down on this bright, fresh, and delicious dish is the perfect way to cool down this summer.

Ahi Tuna Poke Stack

We saved the best for last! Our customers LOVE our Ahi Tuna Poke Stack. It is the essence of summer. We dice a hefty helping Ahi and stack it on a heap of seaweed salad. The crunch of crispy green onions mixed with the punch of wasabi and ginger will perk you up after a long day of laying in the sun.

Cajun Ahi

If you are looking for a different kind of heat this summer, this is the dish for you. We take our ahi tuna, seared rare, and douse it in a house blend of Cajun spices. We serve this on a bed of cabbage, seaweed salad, soy reduction, wasabi and ginger to give your mouth a punch of spicy, yet sweet flavor. Follow each bite of our Cajun creation with our house Caucasian on Vacation to get a full taste of summer flavors.

If you are looking for a place to beat the heat this summer, stop into our restaurant. Our new collection of fresh tapas are a great way to cool off after a long day in the sun. Come in before they’re gone!
